Achievements

  • Successfully observed world autism awareness day on April 2nd in the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 involving the stakeholders of autism in the state.
  • Conducted 6 batches of training classes to parents having children with autism.
  • Free counselling sessions to 9000 & above families.
  • Today, Aarambh has around 15 mothers actively participating in regular school activities as volunteers.

Aarambh took the responsibility to create awareness of this less known disorder “Autism” in the society. Aarambh continues to raise awareness by conducting workshops in different medical, educational, government, private sectors and general  public.

Aarambh promises to put full efforts to support the needs and rights of the autism community. Aarambh plans to expand its operation by reaching out to as many people as possible, create more services for people with autism.

Aarambh aims to build a safe, secure and hygienic home for our children in the forthcoming years. Protection and care for “girl child” is the main concern.
